There is no minimum age requirement to purchase from this site; however, by placing an order you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Products & Dietary Supplement Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. 5. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

6. Shipping
Shipping timelines and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs once an order has left our warehouse.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
