Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition
Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible for return within the window.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect (see below).

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. (у тебя был диапазон 10-15% — поставил верхнюю границу, скажи если хочешь 10% или другое число)

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
